New chickens
Since our dog ate our last two chickens, Marshall bought four replacements. This time Marshall built them a proper place to live, dog proof. They started to lay eggs, one each chicken/ day. They lay nice large brown eggs. The girls like checking for the eggs, and I like cooking with them. So we are all happy.

We've talked about getting chickens someday so the kids would have daily chores taking care of them. Not having to buy eggs at the store would be nice too!
